Ingredients

3 egg whites, beaten until stiff

1 cup sugar

1 teas. baking powder

1 teas. vanilla

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions

Beat egg whites till stiff and gradually add sugar, baking powder and vanilla. Fold in graham cracker crumbs and nuts. Grease pie pan, pour mixture in and bake at 350 ° for 25 minutes
