This is an easy pie to prepare with most ingredients right there in your pantry. It is rich and we love it with a sprinkling of fresh raspberries dollop of whip cream.

Ingredients
- 3 egg whites, beaten until stiff
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teas. baking powder
- 1 teas. vanilla
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Directions
- Beat egg whites till stiff and gradually add sugar, baking powder and vanilla. Fold in graham cracker crumbs and nuts. Grease pie pan, pour mixture in and bake at 350 ° for 25 minutes
