Kicked Up Cracker Spread

This is my version of a tapenade, minus the olives and capers! Its so good that I ate it with a sleeve of crackers for dinner!

Put all ingredients in a food processor and pulse til all ingredients are finely minced. Spread on plain crackers.

Now this is what I'm talking about. This looks great! Thanks for the recipes you've put in to the Undercover Veggies group - there are 25 in total now which is really encouraging! I'm going to email my chums and drum up more members!
