I love asparagus but I usually only cook it the boring way, steamed, as a side veggie.
I may start my own group on GR called 'UNDERCOVER VEGGIES' - how to get your loved ones, who shy away from veg as a rule, to eat their greens but not realise it, when it's cooked in a delicious dish like this. This recipe will be in that group.
Thanks Val

Took the liberty of adding this to the Cream Cheese group. Forgot all about this delicious recipe, Val till it showed up in ODD. I better print it out this time.

Wow, so many of my favorites in one dish! And I even have all the ingredients (the asparagus is frozen but it'll still be good). I can tell right now that my whole family will love this one. Bookmarked and printed - thank you!
