this is the sauce I usually make at home when I need BBQ sauce....it is absolutely awesome as marinade or grilling sauce.....on grills or the oven.

Ingredients
- this recipe is not measured....so go by taste.
- ketchup- however much you need
- worcestershire sauce
- hickory smoke liquid
- balsamic vinegar
- olive oil
- garlic minced
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- molasses or honey
- season salt
- ground cumin
- ground mustard
- ground corriander
- ground thyme
- ground white pepper
- Mrs. Dash all purpose seasoning
- cavender's greek season all
- chicken boullion powder
Directions
- mix all together well and let sit for a few minutes before use...to let flavors blend.......good for marinade or just use as BBQ sauce.

I love to marinade my meat.
I will be struggling with one or two if the ingredients.
Hickory smoke, Mrs Dash all purpose seasoning, Cavender's Greek season all and chicken bullion
but I think I know a lady I can ask for the British alternative.
