How to make it

  • Saute garlic and onion in 2 Tbs butter in a large skillet over med. heat till tender.
  • Stir wine and lemon juice into skilet,increase heat to med. high and simmer to reduce by 1/2.
  • Reduce heat to low and stir in cold butter,one slice at a time.
  • Stor in tomatoes,basil,kosher salt,and white pepper;remove from heat;set aside.
  • Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  • Grill chicken over hot coals 15-20 mins,or until cooked through.
  • A couple of mins. before chicken is done,place equal amounts of cheese on each breast. Spoon prepared sun dried sauce over chicken.
  • Cut the lemon juice in half.

    This tasted very close to the dish served at the restaurant except I think 1/4 cup of lemon juice is too much. I think I would try it again but only use 1/2 that amount. Still a very good recipe with lots of layers of flavors! I added my photo:)
