How to make it

  • Cleaned and in the middel of cuted peppers add to hot water in a pot boiled 20 minutes .
  • Take out in hot water all peppers with spoon or fork .place in a plastic bag and close with something .
  • after 10 minutes pepper skin is comes easely .when all skin clean put in a blander.
  • take all meshed pepper and place to same pot again and boil medium heat add to salt .
  • ıt has to be lost its water(/looks lıke mesh patato but red) add to chili red pepper (if u like hot)
  • And remove a big flat plate and ıt must wait under th sun exactly 1 day.
  • After that remove some clean dry glass can close with olive oil put in fridge ..when u need use .
  • Summer is better for make paste(tomato or green and red pepper paste)

    Thank you for recipe. Sounds great. Will have to dry slowly in oven, however. Not much sunlight this time of year where i live.

    For anyone viewing Kuta's recipes, there are some of us here to help her with translations for some of the more complicated recipes, but please, please be patient with her and remember the language barrier. :) She has a lot of great things to share, so I'm sure they'll be worth the time to ask questions if you have trouble understanding. Thank you!! (yes, I'm going to try and put this on all her submissions, as I see them, to try and thwart any unkindness or cruelty that could be shown for any difficulties she has with English...she sure is trying! :)
