Love the texture of this asparagus - slightly crunchy (definitely not mushy!) - and the hint of lemon flavor along with the olive oil and Parmesan.

UPDATE: I just made this. I steamed the asparagus in a convection steamer and I did not peel the stems (way too much work). They still taste wonderful with the addition of some seasoning salt. I used the juice and the zest of the lemon. Very nice, and I'm not a huge asparagus fan. Thanks again.
