New Yorker Pasta

Not your ordinary pasta dish. Enjoy this with a salad and some crusty bread.
Ingredients
- 1 t. cracked pepper shopping list
- 1 lb. broccoli, cut up shopping list
- 1/2 c. Grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/3 lb. Roquefort or blue cheese shopping list
- 2 clove Garlic, minced shopping list
- 3 T. butter shopping list
- 3/4 c. Thin Spagetti shopping list
How to make it
- Cook pasta to al dente.
- Add the broccoli for the last 5 minutes.
- Melt butter in a saucepan. Add garlic and saute over
- low heat about 2 minutes.
- Add Roquefort or Blue Cheese, stir until melted.
- Place drained pasta and broccoli in a large bowl.
- Add Garlic and Cheese sauce, toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and cracked pepper.
