Ingredients
- 4 tbls. butter shopping list
- 3 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. oregano shopping list
- 1 small onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded shopping list
- 8 oz. pepper jack cheese, shredded shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 2-10 oz. pkgs. frozen spinach, thawed and drained of liquid shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- In 13x9 baking pan, melt butter and using pastry brush coat pan with butter
- In mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients and blend until combined
- Bake 30-35 minutes
- Cut into squares
