    Yes, I love a good Tabouli too! Could eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner, LOL! Might go make some today, we have plenty of tomatoes from the garden. Thanks for reminding about this wonderful salad!

    One of my favourites also and this is similar to the one that I make, except for the bulgar. Until a moment ago, I didn’t know what bulgar was. Now that I know what it is, I reckon I’ll have to get some and test it out. I usually use roasted buckwheat, which is light and crunchy, if you add it just before serving. Anyhow, bulgar being so different to buckwheat, I’m looking forward to trying this. Maybe you might like to try using roasted buckwheat sometime, we could then compare notes.
