Incredible - I'm always a little intimidated by making my own fried chicken, but I MUST try this.

The chicken looks wonderful, but the family photos are even better, Jack. How lucky you are to have a large and loving family....maybe it is your chicken they love?

Hey...forget the recipe, I wanna go on the fishing trip! ;) Kidding...this sounds great...and, as a traditional southern girl who grew up with the best not fussy fried chicken, of course, this will be fun to try with so many extra ingredients. :) By the way, we often make this much chicken, too, and, when we do, we don't soak it, either.

Yeah I used to soak my chicken overnight in buttermilk but when you have 100 pieces it’s tough…notice I’ve added powder milk and bean flour this gives the breader the extra proteins for that special crispiness!

i make good fried chicken. but trust me i will be adding some of your seaonings from now on... do you soak your chicken in buttermilk over-night. i do and it's seems pretty darn good. tryn it with your seaoning and i think i'll have a big big hit.
