I cook with chicken more than anything else. You can marinate chicken, sautee it, bake it, add it to most savory dishes and it never gets boring if you know how to cook it.
I did a search on chicken groups and nothing came up on my searches so I'm inventing one here. I have lots of recipes to add here...little by little they'll be put on here.
