Hope that you'll feel better very soon! Hugs 4 u. If I could I would make you some chicken soup. Here is a home remedy of colds:
6 big onions, sliced
6 cups of water
Boil together for 40 minutes.
Put through a sift.
Let the juice cool down.
Drink trhoughout the day.
Onions are natures natural antibiotic.
The taste is not bitter at all, but quite sweet!

Sorry about the cold,tnacndn, take care, hope you get over it soon, a month ago I had what I thought was a bad cold, but after running a three digit fever for 5 days, I went to the doctor and ended up getting two shots in the behind. One was an antibiotic and the other was for my chest, they also gave me an antibiotic pill to take in the office before I left, and more to take for 4 more days. I was REALLY sick, I've just now after a month got my energy level back up to where it use to be. Anyway don't fool around with this if it appears in your chest and your running a high fever.
Got to get outside and rake up acorns today, we've had another bumper crop this year. Ya'll have a great day!

Well, I hope each of you are having a tremendous day so far. I have had an event filled day that started at 5 am. My baby girl's b-day today, so I had to get up and make cookies and breakfast. After they left, I got a call about a funeral today that needed cookies... Yes, I baked more. Then, my oldest left her French book home, so Mom to the rescue, then to the drycleaners, and oh yes, did I mention cleaning under my fridge and shining my sink and stove? Who knew the vent thingy's could get so nasty!! YUCK! Any groups for easy cleaning ideas for nasty greasy, vent filters? Help, it is truly gross. Any who, now I am creating the weekly bulletin for the church. Lots and lots of fun ahead today. Be Blessed!!!

ooooooooh yes...the little greasy vent thingy under the fridge...and under the range hood...such FUN to clean...I know just what cleans them best...a MAID!!! (too bad I'll never have one...lol...if I did, I would do like my mom used to and clean house so she could come!!! rofl). Sorry...corny joke...kind of tired at this point...been 'concocting' in the kitchen...trying to create a casserole that so far exists only in my mind...am almost there, though...
