    Bacon Gouda Patties
A few members have made this but it has never been linked back to IMI. Guess that was before we were doing that! I made this again tonight and added another photo! These burgers are so good! If you haven't taken a look at them, do so and see just how popular they are!

Nice! Looks like a treat. Bookmarked to try. Like that I don't have to go out in the cold in the winter time to grill! Gorgeous pic there Frankieanne! And infact all the pics on ML2C's post look amazing. :)

These are great burgers, Sparow. I've made this three times now - once with Gruyere which melts wonderfully in these. :)

Now that was a GOOD burger.Made these last night for hubby and I. They're HUGE! I divvied the mixture into three burgers and we couldn't eat more than one each. Loved the flavourings. Was surprised to see the recipe called for both chopped garlic and garlic powder, but I trust ML2C, :) so went ahead and added both. I'm not a fan of dijon but I liked it in this and I didn't have Gouda but...... I did have a smoked Applewood cheddar and oh my goodness it was tasty in this.
This is totally going in my 'Made and Loved" file. Fantastic burger. Great post!

I made these yet again tonight! I used Thousand Island Dressing and it was fantastic on my burger! I've made these burgers four times now. This is the recipe I've made the most times here. :)

I think I may whip this up in the morning and make those burgers tomorrow with it. I do happen to have a nice wedge of gouda in my fridge, so it's fate! :) Probably use ciabatta buns though. Thanks for another great pic! Oh and a nice juicy portobello mushroom on mine for me :)

I also made this again. It was about a month ago along with a chipotle sauce. Had any of the 3 pics I took made it to the memory chip I would have posted. It looked great with the reddish sauce oozing down. Actually it kinda looked like that thousand island. This burger recipe is a great one

Chipotle sauce sounds fabulous as well!!! I was thinking I would do cilantro instead of the parsley in this as well when I make this tonight. Trying to figure out what to serve with this though, we just had fries yesterday at lunch so don't wanna do that....
