Upscale dessert that must be eaten with a fork to get away from the mess factor.
It's peanut butter sandwiched between fudge topping on top of a chocolate chip cookie.
It's going to spike my blood-sugar level.
Twenty minutes is the longest the cookie layer should be baked, which puts it on the crunchy side.
Even after chilling, the toppings are on the soft side.
Used Shandy's Soft And Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies/saved instead of store bought dough. Had enough left over to make 2 dozen cookies proper.
Used Labneh for the cream cheese.
Used French Cream Creme Fraiche for the heavy cream. Whipped 2 cups to stiff peaks, removed 1 cup for this recipe then continued to whip to make Butter out of the other cup.
Used Delicious Easy Hot Fudge Topping instead of store bought stuff. And ground up the peanuts fine.
It's not that much of a change to the recipe. Just used home made stuff instead of store bought.
