Cornbread Pie
Cleaned out the refrigerator last weekend and found a full bottle of Heinz 57 from when I made this Chili Lime Shrimp Nacho Bites of Janet's. So searched using "Heinz 57" as an ingredient. Sparow must love that stuff because she has quite a few recipes using it and this was one of them. I really liked this and liked the ratio of filling to cornbread. I'm going to try a salad dressing recipe of her's tomorrow that uses Heinz 57.

I appreciate what you are saying, pso, but I only buy food on sale and I believe I paid 33 cents for this box of cornbread mix. There being only one of me in the house I will get six servings out of this. So, not bad in my budget eyes.
