1000 Island Dressing Recipe

	Sparow64 / All my dishes 4 months, 2 weeks ago LOVE this dressing! I also use as the "secret sauce" (minus the boiled egg) on my version of a "gourmet" big mac! (poasted seperately as Lori's Mac Daddy Burgers N Secret Sauce). Bryan loves the dressing on salads so much, thought I would post it. Prep:15m Cook:60m Servings:15	Sparow64

Ingredients

1 cup real mayonnaise - Dukes

1/3 cup Heinz 57

1/8 cup sweet pickle relish

1/8 cup Vlassic dill pickle relish

2 green onions, minced

1 hard boiled egg, chopped

1/2 teaspoon paprika

2 tablespoons chives, minced

2 teaspoons fresh parsley, minced

salt and pepper to taste

tabasco sauce - to taste

Directions

Stir together all ingredients and chill for at least an hour (More is better!)
