Slow Cooker Rotisserie Style Memphis Chicken
I had some chicken thighs I wanted to try out in my rotisserie basket. I found this recipe and decided to use the rub portion of it on the thighs. I liked the fact there was sugar in it because I love chicken skin that gets kinda burnt from sugar. I used smoked paprika. This is a good rub with lots of flavor to it. Not sure how it works on a chicken in the slow cooker, but I loved the outcome on the thighs in my rotisserie!

Haha, no I actually got an All Clad wok I wanted and a Le Crueset braiser, and a cast iron tortilla press! I just ask for too much, so I guess we will save that stuff for next year!

Yep, that's the one I have as well! I've used mine as a small Dutch oven. Stovetop and in the oven. Its great. I love mine. When I first got it (about four years ago) it sat on the stovetop for quite a while just so I could look at it. :) You have good taste. :-P

Haha I actually have my le crueset dutch oven I got last Christmas sitting on my stove! It's red and matches all my other things so it's staying. Sorry braiser...you'll have to go in the cabinet ;)

OK, so last night on my way home from work, I stopped by Costco and they had a pair of these le crueset dutch oven's. Big and small. What is the difference between these and a brazier? Looking at the links they look the same

A Dutch oven is shaped differently, MrP, and thicker. I have a Dutch oven - this one

Braising is a slow way of cooking in a liquid. So a braiser is a bit thinner. Which also could be why my beans got done so quickly when I cooked these
    My Mothers Boston Baked Beans
    in it.
