Ingredients

How to make it

  • In large soup pot, heat some oil (not necessary if using non-stick pan)on med-high
  • Add cubed pork pieces and brown, stirring occasionally, doesn't take too long cuz of the size.
  • Add onion and garlic, lower heat, saute till just done.
  • Add sauces, chiles, spices, and beans, cover and simmer on low for as long as you like. The pork gets really tender that way.
  • That's it! I served with cheesy sour cream corn bread. Have cold beer handy!

Okay the reason why I gave you an low rating like I did.I never knew why a person would add a few of the ingredients to a chili. For exsample. Why would a person use boneless pork in a chili and why would a person use cumin in there and dose those two ingredients supose to go together?I guess that I'm confussed. Please explain?
