oh, man this just sucks, I am sorry but I am looking for recipies that don't have dairy, which includes any milk, eggs, soy, nuts, especially cheese, which is just a concentrated form of milk.

I am sorry if I misled anyone, but I am so ALLERGIC, not just intolerant, that anything that contains these ingredients is poison to me.

I am trying to find recipies that will be okay with my allergies, but also will be fun and flavorful for my family.

If you have any alterations to your recipie that does not include any of the above allergens, I would SO appreciate it!

    Love you all!

They are one of my favorites for breakfast. I have never had them with garlic and nutmeg but will certainly give them a try!
    Thanks for the post.
