Melt several pieces of Mexican Chocolate in the hot coffee. You'll have a South O'The Border flavor from the various spices in the chocolate. It also gets really foamy in the blender.

Forgot to get back to you on this... I love these.. I freeze the coffee at night now and have these for breakfast... I use splenda, so I can have lots! Yummmmmmmy!
