Cream Chicken With Rotini Recipe

This is a very yummy chicken dish which I make often enough. The chicken broth and milk really make the dish what it is... hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Ingredients
- 8 oz rotini pasta, penne would work nicely as well
- 2 T vegetable oil
- 4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 T cornstarch
- 2 T water
- 1 C milk
- 1/2 C chicken broth
- 4 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 C fresh basil
- 1/2 C parmesan cheese
- dash of pepper
Directions
- Cook pasta, drain
- In a large skillet, cook chicken and garlic in oil until chicken is no longer pink, about 5 minutes
- Whisk water, broth and cornstarch in a small bowl; pour into skillet
- Let chicken mixture thicken, about 3 minutes
- Add remaining ingredients, including pasta
- Mix well, serve
- Enjoy!

Did not rate this recipe because I substituted thigh meat for breast meat. I found the recipe to be bland. Salt and pepper didn't help.
