How to make it

  • Cook pasta, drain
  • In a large skillet, cook chicken and garlic in oil until chicken is no longer pink, about 5 minutes
  • Whisk water, broth and cornstarch in a small bowl; pour into skillet
  • Let chicken mixture thicken, about 3 minutes
  • Add remaining ingredients, including pasta
  • Mix well, serve
  • Enjoy!

    Did not rate this recipe because I substituted thigh meat for breast meat. I found the recipe to be bland. Salt and pepper didn't help.

    i am going to be making this for dinner tonight minus the tomato my daughter doesn't like them. I might add a little cream of chicken. Sounds great can't wait to try it I'll let you know how it turns out.
