Ingredients

How to make it

  • Separate 6 slices of bacon
  • Mix egg and milk together in a bowl
  • Dredge and coat well with flour that is in another bowl
  • Cut dredged bacon strips in half for easier frying
  • Heat oil in a iron skillet
  • Fry until golden brown or about 5-7 minutes turning once
  • Drain on paper towel and serve with cream gravy
