How to make it

  • Prepare cake:
  • Cream butter with brown sugar.
  • Add and cream the white sugar.
  • Add eggs, vanilla, and peanut butter; mix well. Add flour sifted with baking powder, soda and salt.
  • Alternately mix small portions of creamed mixture, flour mixture and milk.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes in angel food pan or bundt pan.
  • Prepare frosting:
  • Cream together butter, brown sugar, milk, powdered sugar and peanut butter.
  • Spread frosting over warm cake.

    Ohhhh! How exciting!!! I think this is going to be made this weekend. Yup, I think my granddaughters will love it...not to mention my husband, who still takes pbj sandwiches to work.
