How to make it

  • Place chicken pieces in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with chicken bouillon powder. Sprinkle with pepper, parsley, oregano and garlic. Add sliced onions and mushrooms. Add 2 tbsp. water to baking dish. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until cooked and juices run clear.
