Ala Creama Recipe
You can use either shrimp or chicken and any veggies you love. It's a very flexible recipe and can be altered for each familys needs. You can also serve it with pasta or rice.

Ingredients
  • half a chicken breast per person cut into cubes or about a cup of shrimp per person
  • minced garlic to taste
  • one big onion
  • mushrooms
  • jalapino peppers minced to taste
  • red, yellow and green bellpeppers
  • and any veggies you desire
  • 8oz brick of cream cheese
  • 8oz of sour cream
  • one medium sized tomatoe
  • garlic salt
  • seasoning salt

Directions
  1. Begin cooking pasta or rice
  2. Fry chicken or shrimp, garlic and veggies in a pan with seasoning salt
  3. Boil the tomatoe until the skin splits
  4. In a blender put the tomatoe, cream cheese, sour cream and garlic salt to make the "creama sauce". Blend together until well creamed.
  5. When meat and veggies are cooked add the "creama sauce" to the pan and heat through
  6. Serve over pasta or rice
