How to make it

  • Combine crab meat, cheese, onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper and about 2t of the Old Bay in medium glass bowl.
  • Drop by rounded spoonfuls into pastry cups.
  • Sprinkle with remaining Old Bay
  • Bake for about 12 minutes at 350 until lightly browned and crispy and filling is warmed through.

    I wish I was part of a group like that. I would love that type of challenge. I also watched the next iron chef show where they had to "represent each of the 4 regions of the continental US." So, who do you think is going to win?
