Bisquick Banana Bread

From a recipe card handwritten by my grandmother and dated 11/27/68. I typed the recipe as she wrote it and then made my notes at the end.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick shopping list
- 2/3 cups sugar (brown or white) shopping list
- 1/4 tsp soda shopping list
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (2 to 3) shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
How to make it
- Combine Bisquick, sugar and soda. Add combined bananas, walnuts and eggs. Beat to blend thoroughly. Turn into greased pan. Bake at 350F 40 to 45 minutes. 9x5 loaf. See Photo
- **My notes: soda means baking soda. I preheated my oven. I used brown sugar and packed it. I mashed the bananas, eggs and sugar together and then turned into the Bisquick and baking soda. Beat it by hand. I didn't have any nuts. My loaf took 55 minutes until it was done with the spaghetti test.**
