Yum!

This is the rice dish to serve with the Honey chop recipe I just read. Caraway is so underused and it is a great flavor enhancer.

Jeeze Meow... your killin me. I love rice I love caraway... and I want to make the Risotto with the saffron... To many recipes, not enough time!

How interesting to use caraway seeds with rice! I've never tried this but thanks to you, I will!

I made this last night and it was delicious. The flavors really worked! Thanks so much for adding another new dish to the family hit parade!

Mmmm... I'm going to try this one tonight I think.

Very Nice.. I'll use this as a compliment dish to some Hungarian Goulash recipes. Most call for caraway in the goulash, some do not. In general I find the caraway flavor intensity is lost in the goulash and I find that disappointing. Now I can compliment goulash with a clearly defined caraway flavor sense by serving this dish with it!
