Ingredients

How to make it

  • heat oil in skillet, I like to use the electric skillet
  • sprinkle chicken with tenderizer, if you want to
  • dredge (new word for me that mom said I should use) chicken pieces in egg then bread crumbs
  • meanwhile cook onions and garlic for a few minutes, until you just "smell them"
  • add chicken pieces and cook about 7 minutes or so. (until juices run clear, again....according to mom) and they are crispy on the outside but tender on the inside.
  • Serve over noodles of your choice and enjoy!

This had a very nice flavor to it. I had a bunch of green onions I wanted to use up so that is the onion I used. I wanted to serve these on wide egg noodles, but it turned out I didn't have any so I had to use spaghetti. I think this would be nice with a bit of tomato in it, too. Added my picture. Thanks for posting such a delicious recipe. More about your recipe in IMI

Very nice recipe. I like how the onion and garlic flavor the oil. Congratulations on your cooking adventures, I wish my 20 year old would be as interested as you are......I'd be thrilled if she even listened to her mom, as nicely as you listen to your mom. Thank you for sharing a yummy dish.
