I tried my best to mutilate this recipe completely! J/k, but I did make some dumb mistakes, but the recipe is still delicious, and I want to try this again without overcooking it and destroying my flip :) Added my review to this IMI post -------> Mr Piggyshis Recipe, This Time

I made this for lunch today and used only 2 eggs and I am stuffed! The nice additions of onions and cream cheese kicks this up a big step from an ordinary Omelet to almost decadent!!! Great post Mr. P.:-)

Very tasty. I used green onion and I made these as individual 3-4 egg omelets. I froze the cream cheese briefly then grated it and that worked well. I served these with bacon and croissants, as you can see in the pic, but I also served sliced tomato cus it sounded like it fit...and, it did! :-) Thanks, MP! I'll add a short blurb to IMI, too, of course.

Love this kind of omelet. Now and then I do a very similar thing using Brie or Camembert. Thanks for the post. RJ

Hmmm...You've bookmarked several of my recipes that use cream cheese and now you post this... Do I see a developing pattern that indicates you like cream cheese? This really looks like a tasty, ooey-gooey omelet!
