Smoked Paprika Shrimp With Lime Dip

- lime Dip shopping list
- 1/4 cup sour cream (I used low fat) shopping list
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 tsp. grated lime rind shopping list
- 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice shopping list
- shrimp shopping list
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 large shallot, minced shopping list
- 1 tbsp. smoked paprika shopping list
- 2/3 cup dry white wine shopping list
- 16 jumbo raw shrimp, peeled and deveined shopping list
How to make it
- To make the lime dip, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, lime zest and juice in bowl. Set aside.
- In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and saute shallots and paprika for 2 minutes or until turning golden. Add wine and bring to boil. Boil for about 2 minutes or until reduced by half. Add shrimp and cook, stirring constantly for about 4 minutes or until shrimp is pink and firm.
- Serve shrimp with dip.
