Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds new potatoes (about 15 to 18)

2 tablespoons vegetable broth

2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

Dash of ground black pepper

Dash of crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

Wash potatoes, and cut into quarters.

Place potatoes in a large microwave-safe dish.

Add vegetable broth, teriyaki sauce, garlic, oregano, pepper and red pepper flakes.

Toss to combine.

Cover; microwave on HI for 11 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring twice during cooking.

Stir before serving.
