How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs with brown sugar and blend in butter until well combined.
  • Using approximately 3/4 of the mixture pat down firmly and evenly in the bottom of a 9 inch x 9 inch pan. Reserve approximately 1/4 of the mixture for the top and set aside. Place pan on the middle rack in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • While the pan is in the oven whip the whipped cream until stiff and fold in the marshmallows.
  • Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool. When the pan is cool empty the can of berry pie filling and spread the mixture evenly over the bottom. Then smooth the whipped cream and marshmallows over the top of the berry mixture. Then top evenly with the remaining graham cracker crumbs. Cover the pan securely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 12 hours, 24 hours is even better. When serving cut with a sharp knife into portions you require and lift with a spatula or lifter. It may fall apart a bit but it will still taste heavenly!!! Refrigerate anything leftover.
