This is a home made Grand Marnier recipe.... It belongs to my daughter in laws family in Canada...
Ive never made this so I dont know how many servings it has..

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 26 oz bottle of brandy
- 2 oranges
- 2 quart jar with lid
Directions
- Jar must have tight fitting lid.
- Pour into jar the brandy.
- Add sugar and dissolve.
- Wash orange very well, prick all over with a fork.
- Thread a string through the orange; suspend orange in the jar above liquid.
- Dont let orange touch liquid.
- Each day for 5 days twist jar for 5 minutes.
- At the end of 5 days replace orange and repeat for 3 days.
- Remove orange and let sit for 2 days.
- At the end of the 2 days pour into bottles.

I needed grand marnier in a recipe. I went to the store and found that it was almost 40.00 per bottle. I still haven't made that recipe but it looks to be a little less expensive now. Thanks for sharing.
