Ingredients

2 Tablespoons Butter

1 cup milk scalded

4 eggs

2 cups sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon baking Powder

Pinch salt

2 cups flour

8 oz creamy peanut butter

12 oz chocolate or chocolate chips

some extra peanut butter or butter

Directions

Scald milk add butter.

Add all ingredients except peanut butter.

Pour into greased cookie sheet with edge.

Bake pre-heated 350 for 25 minutes.

Spread peanut butter on cake refrigerate.

Melt chocolate can melt with butter or I prefer with extra peanut butter or butter just little then it spreads little easier.

Me being an Idaho girl. most of my life , had never heard of Tasty Kakes..well..in 1988 I was introduced to them when I went back east to meet my husband ( boyfriend at the time)family. I love them! My husband loves them but they do not sell them in Idaho. WHen we go back east for a visit its Tasty kakes..and Duncan Donuts! My hubby will be thrilled with these. Thanks again for sharing!
