My favorite spice blend and I use it with most of my French Cooking. Enjoy! :)

Ingredients
- Ingredients (for a small pot) or jar :
- - 4 tbsp of dried thyme
- - 6 tbsp of dried marjoram or oregano (oregano is wild marjoram)
- - 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- - 1 tbsp dried savory
- - 1/2 tbsp of dried tarragon
- - 1/2 tbsp of dried chervil
- - 1/2 tbsp of dried fennel
- - 1/4 tbsp of dried lavender
Directions
- Mix the herbs together, put them in a pot/jar and store in a dry place.
- Once you use this...you will use it often!
- **Use with Poultry, Eggs, Salads...etc.***
