How to make it

  • Grill chicken on grill until desired doneness
  • Place mushrooms on chicken
  • Then add jalapeno's and cheese
  • Let cheese melt.
  • Remove from grill

    Mmm! I had a dish like this at a local restaurant..the Portabellas were grilled, too, and I remember thinking that some grilled onion would really enhance it! Great with rice and pita!

    Oh yeah! Thanks for the heads up invite! This sounds like a winner! We cook over wood part of the time and I think that would add another layer to this simple to do but assuredly a ZING filled dish! yummmmmm!
