Ingredients

How to make it

  • Sugar the rims of two margarita or large cocktail glasses.
  • Chill the glasses.
  • In a blender, whirl the tequila, Tuaca, Sweet and Sour, orange juice and half and half for a few seconds, just enough to combine.
  • Add the orange sorbet and ice.
  • Blend until thick, slushy, frothy and chilled.
  • Divide the mixture evenly between the prepared glasses.
  • Cut a deep slit in the center or each orange slice.
  • Slide a slice onto each rim to garnish.
  • Serves 2
  • Sugar Rim: Use anything from a citrus wedge to your favorite liqueur to moisten the rim. For the sugar a superfine grade is best.

Oh My Goodness!!! This is like dessert in a glass. I adore margaritas, and I make a margarita float with lime sherbet that I love, but your recipe takes it up yet another notch. I cannot WAIT to try this - you're the best, Gem!
