Cherry Coke Apples Recipe

Use these apples as a simple dessert in a dish with cinnamon and whipped cream or over ice cream!

Ingredients
- 3 large apples, peeled and sliced
- 1-12 ounce can Cherry Coke®
- Whipped Topping
- Cinnamon
- Ice Cream
- Cinnamon Graham Crackers
Directions
- Layer apple slices in an 11x7x2-inch microwave-safe dish.
- Pour the Cherry Coke® over the apples.
- Microwave, uncover for 7-10 minutes or until the apples are tender.
- Serve warm over ice cream with crumbled cinnamon graham crackers and whipped cream or just eat them sprinkled with cinnamon and whipped cream.
