How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Butter a 9-inch pie pan or oven proof dish.
  • In a bowl, stir together the bread crumbs, flour and cheese.
  • Pat 1/2 the mixture into the pie plate.
  • Arrange the cooked cauliflower in an even layer on top of the bread crumb mixture.
  • In a bowl, stir together the sour cream, eggs, salt and white pepper.
  • Pour the mixture over the cauliflower.
  • Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
  • Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
