Cauliflower Gruyere Bake Recipe

Cauliflower Gruyere Bake Recipe
I love this cheese and cauliflower dish. It goes well with just about any protein and is also delicious all by itself. Can be made ahead of time and popped in the oven 30 minutes before serving.
