I do one like this but do it all on the stove top. Great post,I love it...chow

DH will love this recipe - all the good stuff in there - cheese, mushroom soup, mushrooms and CHICKEN! What's not to like.

This sounds so creamy! I love it! Yes, I would double those ingredients also. :) Saving this one.

Oh, this does sound good! I will be trying this soon!

MMM. You're right. Great comfort food.
A person could have a couple sides of veggies, or throw them right in the skillet, too. A hot piece of toastie, garlic, soft, chewie, French-sort-of-bread with it. MMMM.

Looks Great...will surely try it :)

Great post love this thanks bunches high5

Comfort food? YOU SAID IT!!! FIVE :+D

This was sooo good!!! I love creamy recipes! I served it over rice and with biscuits. I think I'll try it over egg noodles next time! I made it as written except I used peas instead of mushrooms. I also doubled the gravy as you suggested! Glad I did! I'll be making this a lot!

Sounds great. Thanks.

I made this again...this time I added 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika instead of plain. I also added 1 tsp. garlic powder to the flour mixture. I served this over elbow pasta. Very good!

Gravy !
cheese !
mushrooms !
HEAVEN !

Looks very yummy and sounds like a great comfort food!

I finally got this made for the Recipe Swap. It was quite good. Kind of reminded me of a couple other recipes I make. I had to leave of the mushrooms because of my picky family. My husband liked it better than my chicken divan because the curry gets to be a little much for him. I had a little trouble with the flour getting gummy. I would probaly use a little more flour next time and maybe add some garlic to saute with the chicken. Over all a great and simple recipe. Very kid friendly. Thanks Pleclare.

Evidently I just have not spent enough time looking through your recipes! So many great cooks and so little time....Another delightful recipe. You have my thanks. ^5^ ^5^ ^5^ ^5^ ^5^ ^5^ ^5^ ^5^ ^5^

Thanks for sharing this recipe, Pleclare! A nice creamy chicken dish is great during this time of year. I haven't made a dish like this in a very long time and can't wait to make your recipe.
