Grilled Steak With horseradish Sauce aka whorseradish sauce

Fast grilled steak w/shot of earthy spice. Goes well with any side. And I know it should be "with horseradish" but the software removed the / when I originally entered "w/horseradish" so it's now back whorseradish since Mellian is getting such a chuckle out of it I changed it back. Ingredients
- 8 boneless beef tenderloin steaks (or whatever cut you desire) about ¼ lb each shopping list
- 3/4 cup Hellmann's or (for you folks west of the Mississippi) Best Foods Real mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red, yellow or orange bell pepper or a mix of all 3 shopping list
- 2 heaping Tbsp. prepared horseradish shopping list
- 4 green onions, sliced shopping list
- 1 tsp. sugar shopping list
- Pinch kosher salt or lemon pepper shopping list
- Cracked or ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Season steaks with salt or lemon pepper and black pepper
- Grill turning once for 6 minutes per side or until desired doneness
- Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine Hellmann's or (for you folks west of the Mississippi) Best Foods Real Mayonnaise with the bell pepper, horseradish, green onions, sugar and salt.
- Ladle a line across the steaks or serve on the side.
