How to make it

  • DRAIN pineapple, reserving 1 Tbsp. of the juice.
  • MIX pineapple, reserved juice and remaining ingredients; toss lightly. Cover.
  • REFRIGERATE several hours or until chilled.
  • Serve on lettuce leaf.

    This is a good recipe, I've made it many times. If your a marshchino cherry person, you can add them for color. YUM

    Oh, this is one of my favorites from childhood and my kids loved it too. Too bad I can't have any for awhile, put I certainly can make it for others, thanks for the reminder post. I'll make a bunch of potluckers at work very happy with this.
