Five Cup Salad

- 1 can (8-1/4 oz.) DOLE pineapple chunks, undrained shopping list
- 1 can (11 oz.) DOLE mandarin orange segments, drained shopping list
- 1 container (8 oz.) sour cream, any variety shopping list
- 1 cup BAKER'S angel flake coconut shopping list
- 1 cup JET-PUFFED miniature marshmallows shopping list
How to make it
- DRAIN pineapple, reserving 1 Tbsp. of the juice.
- MIX pineapple, reserved juice and remaining ingredients; toss lightly. Cover.
- REFRIGERATE several hours or until chilled.
- Serve on lettuce leaf.

Oh, this is one of my favorites from childhood and my kids loved it too. Too bad I can't have any for awhile, put I certainly can make it for others, thanks for the reminder post. I'll make a bunch of potluckers at work very happy with this.
