EASY EASY Little Sour Cream Biscuits

Buttery, and delicious. Pile them on a buffet table with ham, and all the trimmings. Wonderful for luncheons, parties, brunch, breakfast, and the list goes on! Stuff with your favorite recipe!
Ingredients
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, melted shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 cups self-rising flour shopping list
How to make it
- Combine butter and sour cream
- Blend in flour, mixing thoroughly
- Fill ungreased mini-muffin pans with heaping teaspoons batter
- Bake at 400 degrees 15 minutes
- Cool slightly before removing from pans

I made this tonight for dinner and they were a big hit. Next time I'm going to try them with some shredded cheddar cheese in the middle. Very great recipe!!
