BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE

- 1 package 8oz elbow macaroni shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup flout shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper... I use white and more shopping list
- 2 cups whole milk shopping list
- 2 cups 8 oz Chedder cheese grated shopping list
- 1 large juicy tomato thick sliced shopping list
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley or 2 fresh shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375f
- cook macaroni as package directs.. drain
- while cooking macaroni, melt butter in medium saucepan
- Remove from heat
- Stir in flour, salt, and pepper until smooth
- Gradually stir in milk
- Bring to a boil, stirring
- Reduce heat and simmer 1-2 minutes
- Stir in 1 1/2 cup cheese and the cooked macaroni.
- Pour into a 1 1/2 quart shallow casserole dish.
- Arrange tomato slices over top
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top
- Sprinkle parsley on cheesd
- Bake about 15 minutes un covered until cheese is golden brown
- ENJOY
