Ingredients
- 3-4 pound rolled rump roast
- 1 can Swanson's beef roast
- 1 pkg. Italian seasoning (good season's is best!)
- 1 pkg Schilling Au Jus mix
Directions
- Mix all but the rump roast. Place rump roast in crockpot. Pour the broth mixture over the roast. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.

Is the can of Swansons beef roast, broth? Or beef stock? A can of beef broth? I'm sorry to be so dense but it puzzled me. I think the anything that can make a tough old roast taste wonderful is great and I'm willing to try. Budget friendly dishes are my friend! Thanks for the post. Sorry, It's early and I'm stupid, I just read the broth part of the recipe. Now it makes sense. I need a cup of coffee.
