Oatmeal Cookie Drink For Adults Recipe
Ok so this may not the health drink you are looking for but it does taste like liquid oatmeal cookies. Eat...errrr, drink in moderation folks!

Ingredients
  • 1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 ounce butterscotch schnapps
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (or to taste)

Directions
  1. Pour Bailey's Irish Cream and Butterscotch Schnapps into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes (not crushed ice)
  2. Add a couple of dashes of cinnamon
  3. Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass
  4. Dust lightly wth cinnamon and serve

We used to get these as shots at the bars when I was college. For some reason they were also called "Scobby Snacks." Very yummy, and a bit dangerous.


I've had a shooter version of this drink made with Goldschlager, which is a cinnamon liqueur, in place of the ground cinnamon in your recipe and YES! it truly tastes EXACTLY like an oatmeal cookie. Man, they are so good... and I haven't had one in so long...
