How to make it

  • Mix first 4 ingredients and pour in a 5 qt Slow Cooker. Rub beef with Salt and Pepper - add to slow cooker. Spoon some sauce over meat, cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  • When the meat is cooked through, remove it to a cutting board and slice against the grain. Let stand
  • Add Peanut Butter to the crockpot and stir to incorprate.
  • Place meat on plates, top with sauce and sprinkle with Cilantro. Serve immidiately.

    Next time I make pot roast I'm going to follow your recipe. I have never heard of adding salsa or peanut butter as ingredients, but I LIKE IT! Thank you for sharing with all of us!!!

    Im in Italy and have never heard of Thick and chunky salsa?

    What is that exactly, what are it's main ingredients?

    Or what could be a good substitute?

    Thisis just like a crole spicy Roast I am goimg to try it next week

    We eat spicy food a lot and use spicey chopped
    rotel tomatos
