Terrific recipe. Definitely one to try for the weekend. I love the orange juice-blueberry combination.

I whipped up one of these after dinner this evening and it turned out beautifully. The cornmeal gives it a bit of a crunch -- which takes a little getting used to -- but overall it's an easy, tasty combination. I like the fact that it's not overly sweet.
